Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse blankets are free of hair and boots show no signs of wear.
Ship the Items
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
