The queen bee excluder is meant to keep the queen out of the honey supers, as if she lays eggs in the honey supers, it will be hard to harvest clean honey. This metal queen excluder is placed over the brood chamber. The screen is wide enough to let the workers through, but too narrow for the queen. It features a stainless steel screen and galvanized binding.
