This is the same base design as our smooth wither strap, but we've added silver spots to catch the eye. Wither straps are used to lift the breast collar above the point of the horse's shoulder, for unrestricted movement. Snaps on either end and adjustable buckles make installation easy. 3/4" wide. Strap adjusts from 18" to 22". Made in USA.
